Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from conception to completion. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including resource allocation, timelines, and budgeting.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Lead project teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and present project reports and updates to management and clients.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote team growth and development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of construction experience
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal abilities.
